Terms of Service

Welcome to LLM Glow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LLM Glow website, dashboard, APIs, and related services (the "Service") operated by LLM Glow Sp. z o.o. ("we", "us", "LLM Glow"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About these terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and LLM Glow. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.

Please read carefully. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or legal entity per account; sharing credentials between users is not permitted.
  • Notify us immediately at security@llmglow.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Plans & billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current plans, prices, and feature limits are listed on our pricing page.

3.1 Money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial paid subscription, contact us at billing@llmglow.com for a full refund of fees paid for that period. The guarantee applies once per customer and to first-time subscriptions only.

3.2 Subscription fees

Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All amounts are stated in USD or EUR and are exclusive of applicable taxes. We use Stripe as our payment processor.

3.3 Renewals & cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

3.4 Price changes

We may change prices for new billing periods with at least 30 days' notice by email.

4. Your data & content

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"), including the brands, phrases, and competitors you configure. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide the Service.

We do not train AI models on your data. Customer Data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any LLM, ours or a third party's. Raw provider responses are retained only as long as needed to compute scores, and are deleted on a rolling 90-day window unless you opt to retain them longer.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any Customer Data to the Service and that doing so does not violate any law, contract, or third-party right.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code, except where permitted by law;
  • Resell or sublicence the Service without our written consent;
  • Submit prompts or content designed to extract personal data, generate child sexual abuse material, or facilitate violence or harassment;
  • Circumvent rate limits, usage caps, or security measures;
  • Use automated means to scrape Service output beyond what is allowed by your plan's API quota.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by LLM Glow and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription.

Feedback you provide is gratefully accepted; you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use it.

7. Third-party services

The Service queries third-party LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, xAI, Mistral, and others) on your behalf. Your use of those providers may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, content moderation decisions, or pricing changes by those providers.

8. Warranties & disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that LLM responses are accurate, that visibility scores predict commercial outcomes, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our total liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if required by law. On termination, we will retain Customer Data for 30 days during which you may export it, then permanently delete it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email and/or by posting a notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Warsaw, Poland, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring an action in your country of residence.
